Bourchier St Primary School was full of excitement for a whole-school colour fun run that raised $500 for the children’s ward of Goulburn Valley Health on Friday.

Teachers threw many different colours on to the students at the finish line after a lap of the oval during a fun-filled afternoon.

GV Health Foundation director Carmel Johnson spoke to the students about the children’s ward and how grateful staff were for the donation that would go towards the purchase of some toys for the ward.

Principal Denise Howley said it was great whole school event with all the students taking part in the fun for a gold coin donation.
